By booking with Royal Samudra Beach Resort you agree to the following terms.
Bookings & rates
- All rates are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
- A booking is confirmed once you receive a booking reference (and, where applicable, payment is received).
- Rates and availability are subject to change until a booking is confirmed.
Check-in & check-out
- Check-in from 12:00; check-out by 11:00.
- A valid government photo ID is required at check-in for every booking, per government regulations.
- Early check-in / late check-out are subject to availability and may carry a charge.
House rules
- Guests are responsible for any damage to resort property during their stay.
- The resort is not liable for loss of personal valuables; please use safe-keeping where available.
- Extra-guest, meal-plan and add-on charges are as quoted at booking.
Liability & force majeure
We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond our control (weather, natural events, government action). Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India; disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts at Chirala, Andhra Pradesh.
